Robin Ingle is CEO of MSH Americas, a leading provider of international travel insurance and global benefits solutions in North America. With over 40 years of experience in travel insurance, he has a robust knowledge of the four basic models of health care systems (Beveridge, Bismarck, national health insurance and out-of-pocket).
An entrepreneur at heart, Robin redefined the success of his group of companies by innovating international health, special risk and assistance insurance options for travellers, students, expatriates and businesses around the world. He is a distinguished global member of the World Travel and Tourism Council and has played a pivotal role in helping MSH Americas thrive in its expansion efforts.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Pamela Kwiatkowski is Senior Vice-President, Distribution and Client Experience of MSH Americas. She employs digital solutions to deliver products and services to end users that result in exceptional customer experiences and increased client revenue. Using sales, marketing and strategic knowledge gleaned from her 35 years of experience in the life and health insurance industry, she works with insurers, managing general underwriters (MGUs), affinity groups and advisors to grow and develop MSH Americas’ distribution networks.
Pamela advocates for and facilitates communication and collaboration between organizational teams and industry partners to ensure the success of consumer education and marketing efforts.
SENIOR VP DISTRIBUTION & CLIENT EXPERIENCE
Leon Dreff is Chief Financial Officer of MSH Americas. As part of his accountability for corporate financial strategy, planning and reporting, he manages a team of finance professionals to support the expansion and growth of MSH America. His additional responsibilities include treasury management, contract reviews, and board member and shareholder reporting.
Leon holds Certified Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant designations as well as a master’s degree in business administration from the Schulich School of Business.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Melanie Veloso is Deputy Chief Officer, Operations of MSH Americas. With a well-documented record in building successful management teams over the past 17 years in the insurance industry, she is responsible for the daily operations of the North American offices.
She leverages technology to deliver streamlined business services and solutions and overall superior client services. Through her leadership of the operational team and accountability for compliance with government regulations, Melanie plays a key role in the corporate development and growth of MSH Americas.
DEPUTY CHIEF OFFICER OF OPERATIONS
Yoojin Won is Director, Strategic Initiatives of MSH Americas. Accountable for project management and strategic planning initiatives to support corporate vision and growth, she works closely with the management board to monitor efficiencies to surpass organizational goals.
Her in-depth knowledge of third party administration, operational processes, and claim and network management systems has helped to develop internal and external partner relationships, and the MSH Americas’ global network, as a result.
DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC INITIATIVES
François-Xavier Jeannet is the Director of Operations at MSH Americas. Francois-Xavier brings over 10 years-experience in the financial services and insurance industry and oversights all MSH Americas’ operational functions including the Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Risk, Compliance & Quality Management, and Third Party Administration teams. Francois-Xavier is responsible for leading the company's, operations supporting MSH Americas transition to peak performing status and clients and stakeholders satisfaction.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Susanne is Director, Sales of MSH Americas. Susanne is accountable for leading corporate sales and marketing activities, with a focus on the international student market. Susanne has an extensive background in business development, having previously developed a web-enabled application adopted by post-secondary institutions and health regions across Canada and New Zealand.
Her knowledge of the industry, combined with an entrepreneurial and results-focused approach and an extensive background in long-term relationship building, has allowed her to drive the expansion of MSH Americas’ international student insurance brand across Canada.
