Pamela Kwiatkowski is the Senior Vice-President of Distribution & Client Experience at MSH Americas. She is strongly focused on digital solutions that provide exceptional customer experience and increased client revenue. Pamela brings 30 years of experience in the life and health insurance industry. She works closely with insurers, Managing General Agents (MGAs), affinity groups, and advisors to help grow and develop MSH Americas’ distribution network through solid sales, marketing plans, and strategic initiatives. Uncovering unique market opportunities, educating consumers, and supporting industry partners are Pamela's key strengths.
SENIOR VP DISTRIBUTION & CLIENT EXPERIENCE
Leon Dreff is the Chief Financial Officer of MSH Americas and is responsible for the overall financial strategy of the company. Leon manages a team of finance professionals who support MSH Americas’ aggressive growth strategy. In addition to operational support and strategic planning, Leon provides the company with financial stewardship, Treasury management, accounting and reporting, budget and planning, Board and shareholder reporting, contract review and strong internal controls. Leon has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and is a designated CPA, CMA.

Melanie Veloso is the Deputy Chief Officer of Operations and is tasked with the day-to-day administration and operations of the MSH Americas offices in North America. With over 15 years of case management and emergency assistance experience, she is implementing the company’s business plan according to the MSH Americas’ business model. Melanie is a key element in the growth of our company by focusing on quality control and enhancing MSH Americas reputation among our customers. Melanie has a strong leadership skills with an exceptional record in building successful management teams which allow her to create operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
DEPUTY CHIEF OFFICER OF OPERATIONS
Yoojin Won is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at MSH Americas, delivering project management, strategic planning, and implementation supporting MSH Americas’ vision and growth. As part of the company’s executive leadership team, Yoojin works closely with the management board to monitor improvements and ensure that the organization’s goals are exceeded. Yoojin has in-depth knowledge of TPA (third-party administration) operational processes as well as experience with various assistance, claims, and network management systems, Yoojin develops strong relationship with external and internal partners to enhance MSH Americas’ network around the world. Her hard work and her experience helps MSH Americas continue to be a leader in the industry.

François-Xavier Jeannet is the Director of Operations at MSH Americas. Francois-Xavier brings over 10 years-experience in the financial services and insurance industry and oversights all MSH Americas’ operational functions including the Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Risk, Compliance & Quality Management, and Third Party Administration teams. Francois-Xavier is responsible for leading the company's, operations supporting MSH Americas transition to peak performing status and clients and stakeholders satisfaction.

Susanne is our Director of Sales at MSH Americas. Susanne is accountable for leading the sales and marketing activities of the company, with a focus on the international student market. Susanne has an extensive background in business development, and in her role, Susanne contributes to the strategic business development of studyinsured.com, as well as the Pay-it-Forward initiative in which we had committed to give back to its partner schools. Her knowledge of the industry, combined with an entrepreneurial and results-focused approach and an extensive background in long-term relationship building, has allowed her to drive the expansion of the brand from west to east coast.
