GUILLAUME DEYBACH

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Guillaume oversees the leadership and operation of MSH International’s North American offices and the delivery of a superlative experience for its clients, partners and members. A global executive with over 20 years of experience in the travel and health industries, he constantly seeks to optimize operating capabilities and employ strategies to facilitate transformative growth and maximize customer satisfaction.
His wealth of strategic and industry experience in the US market, gleaned from previous roles as President and CEO of GeoBlue, (also known as Blue Cross Blue Shield Global) and President and CEO of Europ Assistance for North America, will provide invaluable insight as MSH International continues its expansion across the Americas. In addition to expanding the business in the Americas, he works closely with the executive team to develop more efficient processes and systems to manage growth.
A highly regarded public speaker for seminars, conferences and events around the world, Guillaume is a staunch believer in attributing an organization’s strength and success to the passion and initiative of its people.
PAMELA KWIATKOWSKI

PAMELA KWIATKOWSKI

SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT, DISTRIBUTION AND CLIENT EXPERIENCE

As Senior Vice-President, Distribution and Client Experience, Pamela collaborates with a variety of risk partners, including insurers, reinsurers, agents, underwriters, affinity groups and advisors, to source ideal solutions for customers and expand distribution networks for MSH Americas.
An advocate of harmonizing digital innovation with human interaction, she is accountable for the delivery of products and services that generate exceptional customer experiences and company growth. Her extensive knowledge of life, health, travel and group insurance as well as third party administration services contributes to building products that meet market demand for quality and innovation.
Pamela leverages her 32 years of sales, marketing, and insurance expertise toward better project solutions, whether in the pursuit of forging teams of critical thinkers, interacting with the media or connecting with a variety of audiences during speaking engagements.
LEON DREFF

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

As Chief Financial Officer, Leon serves as the financial and strategic business partner to the CEO and senior management team. His primary responsibility includes financial planning, controllership, treasury and cash management and reporting (financial, management and board). With teams based out of Toronto and Calgary, he is tasked with profitably growing the business.
Leon holds the designations of Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant as well as an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.

DEPUTY CHIEF OFFICER, OPERATIONS

As Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Melanie assists with implementing strategies for the operational management and development of MSH International’s North American offices. With over 18 years of insurance industry experience, she leverages technology to deliver streamlined business services and solutions to clients.
Through her operational leadership and accountability for regulatory compliance, she is a key player in MSH International’s corporate development and growth. Prior to her current role, she served in operational and case management capacities with Ingle International. Melanie’s extensive knowledge of third party administration lends additional insight into providing customized coverage and cost savings for clients.

HEAD OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

As Head, Marketing and Communications, Jeff is responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing, advertising and communication strategies to support business objectives for MSH International’s North American offices.
With over 20 years of experience in media engagement, direct and digital marketing, content development and production, and campaign management, he works to deliver a meaningful brand experience with lasting value for consumers and business partners.
He has applied his expertise to generate results for clients across a wide range of industries and business sectors, including Toyota, Queen’s University, Cogeco Cable, Canon, Canadian Tire, Scotiabank, and The United Way, to name a few.
Jeff is passionate about the impact of corporate culture and team empowerment on effective brand building and overall business growth and performance.

DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

As Director, Strategic Initiatives, Yoojin oversees the project management team and works to enhance corporate vision and growth. She collaborates frequently with foreign groups, organizations and governments as part of her goal to expand MSH lines of business.
More recently, Yoojin continues to work closely with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health to support its out-of-country patient treatment and management program.

DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS

As Director, Operations, François-Xavier manages operational activities for MSH International’s North American offices to ensure the best possible work environment and processes are in place. In addition to monitoring operational success against objectives, he identifies opportunities to streamline procedures and systems and introduce cost savings across the business.
Francois-Xavier has served in various roles in the financial services and insurance industries over the past 10 years.

SUSANNE HENDRICKSON

DIRECTOR, SALES

As Director, Sales, Susanne is accountable for corporate sales and marketing activities, with a focus on the international student market. She has an extensive background in business development, having created a web-enabled application adopted by post-secondary institutions and health regions in Canada and New Zealand.
Susanne’s industry knowledge, results-focused approach and relationship-building expertise have facilitated the business development of the MSH Americas international student insurance brand and its expansion across Canada.
